Hemoglobin electrophoresis

An agarose gel kit includes: agarose gels cast on transparent film, filter paper for agarose gels and application templates, polyester application templates, concentrated electrode buffer, concentrated black staining and destaining solution.

The electrophoresis is performed in a non-toxic buffer without barbituric acid. An agarose gel kit is intended for analysis of 50 to 100 samples.
