Lipoprotein electrophoresis

An agarose gel kit for lipoprotein electrophoresis includes: agarose gels cast on transparent film, filter paper for agarose gels and application templates, polyester application templates, concentrated electrode buffer, concentrated grey staining and destaining solution.

The electrophoresis is performed in a non-toxic buffer without barbituric acid. An agarose gel kit is intended for analysis of 50 to 100 samples.
