Human liquor is applied without concentration.
An excellent separation of normal and pathological samples is performed
showing all protein bands without background due to perfect silver staining.
An agarose gel kit for liquor protein electrophoresis
includes: agarose gels cast on transparent film, filter paper for agarose
gels and application templates, polyester application templates, concentrated
electrode buffer, silver staining kit.
The electrophoresis is performed
in a non-toxic buffer without barbituric acid. An agarose gel kit is intended
for analysis of 20 to 100 samples.
