Serum protein electrophoresis

An agarose gel kit for serum protein electrophoresis includes: agarose gels cast on transparent film, filter papers for agarose gels and application templates, polyester application templates, concentrated electrode buffer, concentrated black staining and destaining solution.

The electrophoresis is performed in a non-toxic buffer without barbituric acid. An agarose gel kit is intended for analysis of 10 to 100 samples.
